Dr Scientist The Atmosphere
The Atmosphere is a compact multi-mode Reverberator containing 16 high quality, custom DSP reverb algorithms. These include classic favourites like Spring, Hall, Plate, as well as more experimental sounds like Aether (reverse), Gated, Pitch, plus many others. The Atmosphere features a vibrant 1.8” TFT colour screen providing easy access to many in-depth functions like: On-board Presets, Internal LFO system, Expression/Control Voltage mapping, MIDI, and more. Like all Dr. Scientist pedals, the Atmosphere can be used with guitar, bass, synths, and many other instruments.

Manual
Why doesn’t my expression pedal go to 100?
Different expression pedal resistances need to be configured with the Atmosphere. Remove the power from your Atmosphere, plug in your expression pedal and set it to the maximum (toe down) position. While holding down both stomp switches on your Atmosphere plug in the power. Keep holding down the stomps until the pedal loads and your expression input will be set and will go 0 to 100.
Does my dry signal become digital?
No, the dry signal path remains analog. Only the effected signal goes through analog to digital conversion.
What kind of expression pedal can I use?
The expression/CV input requires either an expression pedal with TRS cable (any resistance will work) or a TS cable when using control voltage with 0-5V on the tip and ground on the shield.
What does the side jack do?
The Atmosphere has two side jacks, the left one is for MIDI and the right one is for expression pedal or control voltage input. The MIDI connection uses the standard 5 pin DIN connector and can receive Program Change, Control Change, and MIDI Beat Clock data. The expression/CV input can be mapped to control various parameters.
